About Us:Momentum Behavior Services (MBS) is a rapidly growing autism services provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across multiple states. As our first dedicated IT hire, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our technology infrastructure and systems across our organization.Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage all company devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, security cameras), including procurement, setup, and maintenance

• Configure and maintain networks at multiple clinic sites (coordinate with ISPs, set up firewalls, routers, etc.)

• Oversee cloud systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)

• Tech Support & Helpdesk

• Serve as the first point of contact for staff tech issues (remote and in-person)

• Create IT support processes, ticketing, and documentation

• Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce HIPAA-compliant security policies

• Manage secure access to company systems, including role-based permissions

• Conduct risk assessments and data protection reviews

• Software & Vendor Management

• Evaluate, implement, and manage company software tools (EMR, HRIS, scheduling, CRM, etc.)

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, including managed service providers (MSPs), hardware suppliers, and software platforms

• Scalability & Growth

• Build scalable IT onboarding/offboarding workflows

• Develop long-term plans for IT infrastructure and team growth

• Advise leadership on IT budgeting and strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in IT roles, ideally in healthcare or multi-site environments

• Strong generalist skills across networking, systems administration, and security

• Experience supporting HIPAA compliance and secure infrastructure

• Familiarity with common business tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Slack)

• Experience managing or selecting vendors and software systems

• Self-starter comfortable working independently as the first IT hire

• Willingness to travel as needed to support clinics (up to 20%)

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health setting

• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems

• Previous experience scaling IT infrastructure in a multi-site company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
