Job Description: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

We're a marketplace startup looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our platform using modern web technologies. You'll work closely with team members, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our platform using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement new features across the stack to deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Follow best practices in performance, security, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with oversight of outsourced developers when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in Next.js or React.js.
• Experience with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Hours:

• This is a full-time, in-office position in Austin, TX.
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
