Krushe Residential Services

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, be patient and compassionate, and be able to provide guidance and assistance in a variety of areas. Responsibilities include providing assistance with activities of daily living, helping to create individualized plans for each person, and providing emotional support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Ensure the safety of individuals with disabilities in the home and community.
• Participate in individualized planning meetings and activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality services and supports.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
