Job Summary
Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers WerQ AI. Ensure smooth deployments, scalability, and operational excellence using cloud-native and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe deployments
- Manage and scale our cloud infrastructure across staging and production environments
- Automate environment provisioning and updates
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and cost efficiency
- Implement security and access controls across all infrastructure
- Support deployments, hotfixes, and rollbacks with minimal disruption
- Handle incident response and root cause investigations
- Partner with engineers to simplify release workflows and reduce bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-focused roles
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications (especially those using Node.js frameworks)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD systems and infrastructure automation
- Comfortable managing cloud environments, scaling resources, and optimizing cost
- Proficient in scripting for automation and operations tasks
- Familiar with production database management and containerized applications
- Bonus: experience working with AI-integrated systems or early-stage startups
- Bonus: experience working within agile or Kanban development workflows

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
