Shift Time: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM EDT
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Parking: Free private lot

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, placing signage, and organizing materials.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide check-in support using digital or manual systems.
• Usher attendees to designated areas and provide clear directions throughout the venue.
• Monitor guest flow and help manage crowd control to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
• Support event operations by answering guest questions and resolving minor issues on-site.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order during the event, including trash disposal and quick resets.
• Assist with event breakdown, including packing up materials and resetting the space.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times while representing the event.

Requirements

Must be available on May 2, 2025.
Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
