Job Summary

Duties

- Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R for predictive analytics.
- Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across various systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments using tools like AWS and Docker.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model training.
- Conduct unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns within the data.
- Engage in data mining activities to extract valuable information from structured and unstructured data sources.
- Design databases that facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval while ensuring compliance with best practices in database design.
- Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop to process vast amounts of information effectively.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze text data for sentiment analysis or topic modeling.
- Utilize analytics tools like Looker for data visualization and reporting purposes.
- Participate in research initiatives related to quantum engineering and linked data applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, Java, C, SQL, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience with ETL tools like Talend for efficient data processing workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Knowledge of analytics methodologies including statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
