Your Opportunity

We are not looking for someone to reset passwords. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Leader to take full ownership of a complex 200-user environment. In this role, you will move beyond basic administration to act as a Solutions Architect, driving our business roadmap, managing high-level integrations, and spearheading our transition into AI-driven workflows via Agentforce.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary architect for our Salesforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with global business goals.
• Advanced Automation: Design and maintain complex, scalable Salesforce Flows to replace legacy processes and minimize technical debt.
• Data Architecture & Governance: Own the data model, ensuring integrity across the tech stack and managing integrations.
• AI Implementation: Lead the deployment of Agentforce and Einstein features to automate customer and internal interactions.
• Security & Compliance: Manage a sophisticated security model, including sharing rules, permission set groups, and regular security health checks.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Interface directly with C-suite and Department Heads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a professional, high-growth environment.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is required. (Platform App Builder or Application Architect certifications are a significant plus).
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Flow Builder (we are a "Flow-first" organization).
• AI Ready: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven automation (Agentforce/Einstein).
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven experience managing third-party integrations via APIs or middleware.
