Job Overview
The Industrial Category Salesperson position is responsible for all sales related activities for the shell business. This includes sales in our industrial, oil, cosmetic, and flour segments. In addition to sales and new business generation, this includes but is not limited to order completion, customer relations, and forecasting.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new sales by identifying potential new customers and product uses.
- Work with new customers to identify the product that best meets their needs.
- Complete orders received and enter into our inventory tracking system.
- Work with production and shipping to insure orders are received and processed timely.
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows as needed.
- Work with distributors to insure our product is readily available to all customers.
- Monitor pricing to insure an appropriate margin while remaining competitive in the market.
- Provide sales forecasts for the different shell segments.
- Provide customer feedback from customers to allow for product improvements.
- Analyze sales data to manage our existing products and determine what new products may be beneficial.
- Work with Eco-Shell Marketing and our advertising firm to optimize digital marketing for the industrial product segments.
