Radiant Residences is a growing luxury cleaning company serving North County San Diego. We specialize in residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnb / vacation rentals) and are looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in high-quality work.

This is a part time position with flexible scheduling and a 3 hour minimum per job, so you’ll always be paid for meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and vacation rentals
• Kitchen cleaning (counters, appliances, sinks)
• Bathroom sanitizing and deep cleaning
• Dusting furniture, baseboards, and surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Making beds and resetting homes for Airbnb guests
• Ensuring homes meet Radiant Residences’ high cleaning standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to jobs
• Ability to work in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Cleaning experience in residential and short term rental
• You must speak fluent English
