Job Title: Machine Learning Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA Hybrid or Remote based on project/client needs

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders preferred

Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning development and deployment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Developer with at least 3 years of experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business teams to develop scalable and effective AI solutions that provide measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for various applications
• Conduct data preparation, feature engineering, and validation to ensure model accuracy
• Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into effective ML solutions
• Monitor and improve model performance throughout deployment
• Stay informed about emerging ML frameworks, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
• Experience with data pipelines and tools such as Pandas, SQL, Spark, or Airflow
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with tools like SageMaker or Vertex AI
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
