Job Overview
As the Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, prepare and send estimates, and follow up with leads to ensure customers feel supported every step of the way. This isn’t just a “phone job” — it’s a customer experience role where you’ll build relationships and directly impact our growth.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.

• Provide friendly, professional first impressions of Movefasa.
• Gather customer details and schedule estimates or moves in our system.
• Prepare and send accurate moving estimates.
• Proactively follow up with potential customers to win their business.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using our CRM (SmartMoving).
• Support the sales process by assisting with small job estimates.
• Maintain a positive and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Comfortable using software/CRM systems (we’ll train you on SmartMoving).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
• A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.
• Excited to grow with a company and be the voice of its brand.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience).
