Headline

We are looking for a full-stack generalist who feels like their strength is learning and delivering new things fast.

This is a startup. We are a small team (currently 1 engineer) looking to add the 2nd engineer.

Experience with AI in non-chat applications in production is a plus.

Mission

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data quality, and AI-enabled processes.

Help us build and scale the dashboards, integrations, and statistical QC tools that power our employment verification platform.

Outcomes

Maintain and improve selected existing code in Django/VueJS.
Develop tools for employment verification call center processes
Design and implement statistical and AI-driven QA/QC tools for process monitoring and improvement
Build and test new integrations with third-party systems.

Competencies

Strong experience in Python and web frameworks (Django, VueJS).
Comfortable with building new tools from scratch and also maintaining/improving existing systems.
Solid understanding of data quality, process monitoring, and statistical testing.

Pay: $103,854.56 - $132,060.11 per year
