The Software and Data Engineer role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s backend data infrastructure, with a primary focus on data sourced from Tebra. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, availability, and ongoing maintenance of core systems. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining internal tools to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual workflows. It also includes coordinating with third-party contractors by defining requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet technical and business expectations. The role serves as a technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to support reliable, scalable, and data-driven operations.

  • Design, code, test, integrate and document software
  • Support software engineering activities including interface design, system integration, code reviews, and software testing
  • Collaborate with various teams and senior leadership to integrate software solutions
  • Strong analysis skills combined with the ability to interpret large datasets for actionable insights.   • Any experience in the medical industry working with software development and data engineering is helpful

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software and data engineering
