Overview:
Precision Business is seeking a full-time IT Consultant to deliver high-quality, hands-on technical solutions in dynamic client environments. This role demands a proactive, humble, and client-focused professional who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage projects, and implement new technologies. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and technical projects
• Implement, migrate, and upgrade IT systems (servers, workstations, networks, security)
• Monitor and maintain IT environments for performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure customer applications are functioning correctly
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
• Follow established processes, procedures, and methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+years of experience in a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of systems administration, networking, and security
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Must live within 1 hour of Chico, CA
• Must be available for on-site work
