We are hiring a Systems Admin who is highly technical, solutions-focused, and experienced with troubleshooting interconnected tech to help support and evolve the systems that power our day-to-day operations.
Role Summary
As the Systems Admin, your responsibility is to oversee the performance, stability, integration, and continual improvement of Revival Windows’ internal software platforms. You will ensure clean data, reliable automation, strong system permissions, and smooth cross-department support.
This role requires strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability to diagnose and resolve issues thoroughly, and a forward-thinking mindset to improve workflows and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and take ownership of troubleshooting until fully resolved.
- Apply strong technical problem-solving skills to resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, integration failures, and performance issues.
- Be available for after hours for occasional troubleshooting when employees are experiencing technical issues with their software and tools
- Audit and maintain system configurations, security settings, and access controls.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including user accounts, permissions, and system access across all platforms.
- Build and maintain integrations between tools such as Zoho, SalesRabbit, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
- Create and refine automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Use AI tools to enhance troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and system optimization.
- Maintain clean, accurate data across systems and ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
- Assist with system improvements by gathering requirements, testing updates, and implementing configuration changes.
- Work with vendors and technical support teams to resolve escalated issues and coordinate system updates.
- Maintain internal SOPs, documentation, and training resources; onboard staff on system usage.
- Support strategic projects, evaluate new tools, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in systems administration, IT operations, or similar technical role.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier or API-based workflows.
- Solid understanding of CRM or SaaS platform administration.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance workflows, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable supporting multiple teams.
