The ideal candidate is a technical leader who thrives on operational discipline, automation, and the transition from reactive "break-fix" to a proactive "build-and-maintain" model. You will be responsible for the health of our RMM tools, backup integrity, and the overall reliability of the healthcare environments we support.

  • Identify recurring technical trends and implement root-cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk and Project teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and documentation updates.
  • Manage the lifecycle of system alerts from detection through resolution and post-mortem.

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Mentor and lead a team of NOC technicians, fostering a culture of technical growth and accountability.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, patch compliance, and mean time to resolution (MTTR).
  • Review and optimize technical workflows within ConnectWise Manage/Automate to drive departmental efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to infrastructure monitoring and security tools.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide clear, structured reporting to executive leadership regarding infrastructure risks and network health.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts for client stakeholders during critical incidents.
  • Work closely with the Director of IT to align NOC initiatives with broader organizational goals.
