Position: Administration Assistant
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Boulder, CO 80301

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for an Administration Assistant role in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Duties include managing and distributing information within an office.
  • This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
  • Processing paperwork, printing labels and items out, buying shipping labels, interacting with customers and vendors, computer skills with MAC and familiarity with Quickbooks.
  • Working MAC computer skills!
  • Experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment.
  • Good communication skills and be able to handle customers and vendors on the phone and through email
  • More duties may be assigned upon hire.

Additional Information

  • 1st shift, 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Monday - Friday
