Warehouse Associate – Picking & Packing

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Overview

Our client in Dayton, NJ is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for peak-season operations, with the opportunity for temp-to-hire. This role involves picking, packing, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday off

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
• Perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and standing
• Assist team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies

Job Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to required weight limits
• English communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to perform physical work in a warehouse setting
