Job Title: AI and Data Strategy Manager

Job Overview: The AI and Data Strategy Manager is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s AI and data strategy while driving transformative solutions for both internal and client-facing initiatives. This role combines strategic foresight, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver innovative AI and data-driven solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership and Planning:

· Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and data science to address complex business challenges.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into broader digital transformation initiatives.

2. AI and Data Science Expertise:

· Drive automation, predictive analytics, and decision-making enhancements using cutting-edge AI technologies.

3. Client Engagement and Business Advisory:

· Act as a trusted advisor for clients, shaping their AI strategy and guiding them through digital transformation journeys.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to conceptualize and promote tailored AI solutions.

4. Innovation and Solution Development:

· Lead the end-to-end development of AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

· Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI and data professionals.

· Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practices in AI and data science.

Technical Competencies:

· Programming Languages and Tools:

· Proficiency in Python, or similar programming languages.

· Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar frameworks.

· Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, or Spark.

Data and AI Technologies:

· Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).

· Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop

· Experience with cloud-based AI and data platforms, preferred Azure AI

· Hands-on experience with APIs and integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications.

· Strong analytical skills that translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong background in AI, data science, or related fields with hands-on experience in building AI solutions.

· Proven ability to align AI and data initiatives with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.

· Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a knack for guiding cross-functional teams.

· Experience in client advisory, strategic planning, and solution development in AI and data

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
