• Experience working in the home care industry as a coordinator or scheduler.
• Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.
• Contact caregivers regarding day-to-day schedule changes.
• Ensures that all referrals are handled in an accurate, detailed manner and given priority.
• Monitor telephony logs daily for corrections and finalizing to facilitate accurate processing of payroll and billing.
• Participates in new caregiver onboarding and orientation.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive demeanor at all times.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Will perform backup on call duties 2 evenings per week and every other weekend.

Thrive at Home is a family-owned non-medical home care business located in Fairfax, that provides exceptional care enhancing the lives of older adults aging in place. We are looking for a scheduler who can work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organization skills. Bonus program in addition to salary. Must live in Virginia and work on site in the office daily to be considered for the role.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
