Position Overview:

Riverview is looking for an experienced, highly qualified Snow Manager to join our team. As a Snow Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing Multiple Snow Removal crews at Multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage snow removal crews, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Operations & Planning: Develop site-specific action plans, optimize routes, manage inventory (salt, fuel), and use weather tracking tools.
• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance, distribution, and repair of trucks, plows, and other machinery.
• Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure quality control.
• Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 monitoring during snow events, dispatching crews and making quick decisions.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct pre/post-season inspections, and manage paperwork.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in commercial snow removal and operations management.
• Ability to work long, irregular hours during winter storms.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of de-icing, snow-plowing, and fleet software.

Schedule:

· Part Time

· Monday – Sunday ( When there is winter weather) Post storm work available.

· Overtime pay eligible

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
