Overview
Jersey Precast is seeking a bilingual instructor fluent in English and Spanish to lead training sessions for our team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage learners at different skill levels. A background in construction is highly preferred, but we are open to candidates from other industries with relevant instructional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions in both English and Spanish.
• Adapt training content to meet the needs of participants with varying backgrounds.
• Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide feedback and support to learners to help them succeed.
• Collaborate with the team to update and improve training materials.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• High School Graduate.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, teacher, or facilitator is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Background in construction (preferred), or other technical/professional fields.
• Ability to lead and conduct learning engaging sessions.
• Flexibility to conduct in-person and virtual trainings.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
