We’re looking for an experienced Laravel / PHP Developer to join our development team. You'll be building and maintaining the in-house customer portal, APIs, and supporting applications that drive our self-service hosting products.
This is a full-stack development role with an emphasis on backend architecture and server-side development, but you'll also collaborate on frontend features and user experience.
Responsibilities
- You will work as a part of a full-stack project team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, developing, testing and deploying
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable PHP code using Laravel
- Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and patch bugs across the application stack
- Design and implement both internal tools and customer-facing features
- Integrate APIs from hardware interfaces (e.g., Redfish/IPMI) and third-party providers
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of PHP development experience
- 2+ years of experience with Laravel framework
- 3+ years experience with MySQL/MariaDB/Postgres
- 2+ years experience with React or Vue.js
- 3+ years experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Comfortable communicating with users and internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and writing unit/integration tests
- Able to structure applications with clear separation of concerns (API, UI, DB)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of computer science education or relevant experience
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a hosting or infrastructure company
- Familiarity with APIs, networking devices, IPMI, Redfish, Netconf.
- Contributions to open-source Laravel packages or side projects
- DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience

Pay: $89,391.00 - $97,091.00 per year
