RESPONSIBILITIES

As a TOPS System Administrator, you will:

• Manage and maintain a backlog of system enhancements and defect resolutions to ensure TOPS continues to support organizational needs.
• Meet bi-weekly with TOPS developers to review active work, address questions or issues, and introduce new items for estimation or development.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on TOPS and its capabilities.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Coordinate and deliver TOPS training, leveraging external support when needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Support project setup by helping teams structure jobs within TOPS (including systems, sub-systems, test packages, tags, and tracking items).
• Expand import/export functionality to improve efficiency and integration with internal and external systems.
• Run weekly continuity and compliance reports and reconcile internal data with external system feedback.
• Proactively partner with project teams to resolve discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing data, metrics, or reporting systems in an industrial or construction environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards, quality processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing data within enterprise software platforms or databases.
• Solid understanding of quality management principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train, support, and collaborate effectively with end users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
