Job Description: Solutions Architect
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Solutions Architect to design, optimize, and implement scalable systems that support our fast-growing operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions — with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and CRM architecture.
You'll work directly with forward-thinking leadership and help shape the digital backbone of a company transforming the energy and sustainability space. If you’re someone who thrives on building and formalizing systems with purpose — we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain scalable CRM solutions (primarily Salesforce) across Sales, Service, and Marketing operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to design efficient, automated processes that align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify and resolve integration and data issues across systems and teams.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable system designs.
- Create documentation and process flows to support adoption, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical assessments and solution selection for new business requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture or solutions design, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom CRM implementations).
- Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Talkdesk, CallTrackingMetrics, Zapier, Twilio, etc.)
- Proven track record of optimizing lead flows, service operations, and reporting ecosystems.
- Skilled in translating business needs into clean, efficient, and scalable system architectures.
- Experience with APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation.

Compensation:
- This is a full time position starting at $120k - $140k depending on experience
