Job Title: Selector – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $18.00/hr + $2.00 shift differential ($20.00/hr total)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Selector for a temp-to-hire position with a distribution company located in Gorham, ME. The Selector will accurately select and prepare customer orders from warehouse inventory.


As a Selector, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Selecting products accurately to fulfill customer orders
  
• 
  Wrapping and staging pallets to prepare for shipment
  
• 
  Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  
• 
  Following all warehouse safety protocols and using sound judgment
  
• 
  Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse work area
  

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 
  A high school diploma or equivalent
  
• 
  MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ORDER SELECTING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
  
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
  
• 
  The ability to work long and physically demanding shifts
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• 
  Dependability and punctuality
  
• 
  Reliable transportation (location not on a bus line and hours may vary)
  
• 
  Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs., stand for long periods (6–12 hours), and perform frequent bending, climbing, reaching, and kneeling
  
• 
  Mental focus to read printed order sheets and multitask under time pressure
