Role Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer / Consultant to join our fast-growing team focused on DevOps transformation for embedded systems, Arm-based platforms, and AI/ML workloads. You will play a key role in delivering and supporting customer projects involving:
- Continuous compliance for safety-critical software (via ELISA and SOAFEE initiatives)
- Virtualized development and testing environments (via Corellium and Siemens EDA)
- GitHub Enterprise integrations, including GitHub Actions, GHAS, and CoPilot
- Developer enablement and consulting engagements with a strong focus on training, onboarding, and transformation
Key Responsibilities
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for embedded, ML, and compliance-sensitive workloads
- Contribute to ongoing development and deployment of the ELISA Continuous Compliance Framework, including SBOM validation, traceability automation, and integration with GitHub
- Support and extend virtualization-based workflows with Corellium and Siemens EDA for pre-silicon development and automated testing
- Help design and build GitHub-based blueprints for IoT/Automotive/ML workloads on Arm platforms
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to onboard developers to modern DevOps practices using GitHub, Arm toolchains, and compliance standards
- Provide advisory and hands-on engineering support to customers transitioning to GitHub Enterprise or migrating from legacy systems
- Participate in internal accelerators and reusable assets creation, including CLI tools, GitHub Actions workflows, and documentation templates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles, including customer-facing consulting
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (including GitHub Actions) and at least one other major CI/CD platform: Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, including development of custom reusable CI/CD components and reusable workflows
- Strong Python scripting skills, with experience automating DevOps and compliance workflows
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Bash, YAML)
- Understanding of Software Secure Supply Chain concepts (compliance, SBOMs, SLSA) and traceability frameworks
- Experience integrating or working with testing platforms using APIs
- Understanding of CI/CD for embedded or Arm-based applications (e.g., CMSIS, SOAFEE)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Experience integrating or working with virtualized testing platforms (Corellium, QEMU, or Siemens EDA tools)
- Familiarity with software compliance, SBOMs (e.g., SPDX, CycloneDX), and traceability frameworks (e.g., BASIL)
- Experience with Yocto build system and embedded Linux workflows
- Background in embedded systems development and cross-compilation toolchains
- Exposure to safety-critical software domains (e.g., automotive, medical, industrial)
- Working knowledge of Linux kernel configurations or RTOS environments
- Experience with MLOps workflows and model validation pipelines
- Familiarity with GitHub CoPilot and extension/customization strategies
- Past involvement in open-source projects or standards initiatives (ELISA, SOAFEE, etc.)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
