  • Start conversations directly with customers and build quick rapport
  • Guide each customer through offers and service options in a clear, friendly way
  • Use needs-based questions (not scripts) to understand what the customer wants
  • Handle basic objections and keep the conversation moving
  • Work toward daily and weekly sales goals with your team
  • Track your interactions and stay organized with follow-ups when needed
  • Represent the brand professionally and deliver a strong customer experience
