Fastest-growing online advertising and AI-driven marketing agencies — is seeking a full-time Web Developer / Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a tech-savvy creative who combines strong design instincts with advanced web development skills. You’ll help us build visually stunning, high-performing websites powered by modern technologies, AI-based tools, and scalable frameworks.

This position is on-site only. Remote work is not available. Only candidates with an active portfolio or sample websites will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, responsive, and interactive websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom PHP frameworks.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and APIs (chatbots, personalization, analytics automation) to enhance user engagement and client performance.
• Create modern layouts and digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Maintain and optimize existing websites for speed, SEO performance, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with our SEO, marketing, and AI integration teams to bring concepts to life.
• Manage front-end and back-end codebases with consistent documentation and version control.
• Stay current with web trends, AI design systems, UX/UI patterns, and automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in web programming and design.
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience building or customizing E-commerce sites (Shopify / WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT plug-ins, automation scripts) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful integrations, and CRM web apps.
• Knowledge of AWS, cPanel, and domain/server management.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a team-player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,035.21 - $81,934.88 per year
