Job Description

Novara Construction LLC is actively hiring experienced Door-to-Door Canvassers / Appointment Setters to support our remodeling and home improvement projects across Miami-area residential neighborhoods.

This is a field-based canvassing role focused on high-volume door-to-door outreach and setting qualified homeowner appointments.

You are NOT responsible for selling or closing deals.
All sales are handled by our internal sales team.

We are specifically looking for quality, experienced canvassers and are open to renegotiating compensation based on experience, volume, and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
• Briefly introduce Novara Construction’s services
• Distribute marketing materials or coupons
• Set qualified homeowner appointments only
• Accurately log appointments and basic lead details
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Pay & Compensation (Flexible / Performance-Based)

• Competitive pay per qualified appointment
• Rates may range higher for experienced canvassers
• Additional bonus for appointments that close
• High-volume performers can earn strong daily and weekly income
• Compensation is negotiable based on:
• Experience in canvassing
• Ability to produce volume
• Consistency and reliability

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior door-to-door canvassing or field outreach experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Spanish is a plus (not required)
