We are seeking a personable and dedicated Women's Clothing Retail Sales Associate to join our growing family business team for the holiday season through December 31, 2025. The associate is responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and selling company products to customers. A successful candidate will maintain knowledge of the product lines and merchandising trends, and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As a small business we are constantly making changes to adapt to current trends, past retail experience & style knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist customers with styling, and finding merchandise they're looking for.
• Manage existing and incoming inventory - unboxing, tagging and steaming.
• Data entry in POS system.
• Add items (description & photos) to website.
• Pack and ship online orders.
• Handle cash register transactions.
• Clean and restock store displays and shelves.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Share current and upcoming event information.
• Assist and communicate with store manager.
• Daily social media management - stories, try ons, answering messages.
• Create floor sets and merchandising displays.
• Maintain professional appearance - general hygiene and company standard of dress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
