We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director with proven experience in IT MSP sales to drive revenue growth, lead sales strategies, and manage overall business development efforts.

Position Overview:
The Sales Director will be responsible for achieving overall sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a proven track record in IT MSP sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts, from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Build, manage, and expand client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand into target markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to executive management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) sales is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a sales leadership role within the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams while meeting individual quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
