Seeking Technical Partner (AI/Automation Engineer) to Build Real Estate Lead-Gen Software

We are Pa real estate company looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / Automation Developer to partner with to building an AI-powered lead generation and deal-finding platform for the real estate investment industry.

The Vision:
Create a platform that automatically finds distressed/off-market leads, analyzes seller motivation, scores opportunities, and automates personalized multi-channel outreach—essentially a full AI deal pipeline.

Ideal Partner

You should be strong in:

• Python (data pipelines, backend development)
• Web scraping & automation (Scrapy, Selenium, API integrations)
• LLMs & AI Agents (OpenAI, Claude, ReAct, LangChain, etc.)
• Building simple dashboards or SaaS interfaces

Bonus skills:

• Machine learning
• Experience with real estate or financial data
• Integrations with CRM systems

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
