Responsibilities: IT Operations Manager

1. Provide first-line IT help desk support to internal users by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.

2. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding.

3. Monitor and manage company network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, routers, switches).

4. Operate and maintain NAS, servers, storage units, and backup systems, including scheduled backups and recovery checks.

5. Operate and maintain security systems including CCTV, NVR, access control, and alarm systems respond to issues and coordinate repairs.

6. Monitor and build databases for internal data analysis to support cross-departmental operations.

7. Manage, maintain, configure, and upgrade internal systems, software, network, and equipment.

8. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services.

9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security protocols.

10. Manage IT assets, including forecasting needs and reporting on expenditures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in IT operations, help desk, infrastructure management, or IT security.

· Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments.

· Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN).

· Experience managing NAS, servers, storage systems, or backup environments.

· Experience operating CCTV/NVR, access control, or alarm/security systems preferred.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to document processes clearly and maintain IT records accurately.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
