Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who doubles as an IT Solutions Specialist—a highly versatile individual who can handle marketing, tech, and operations with precision and speed. This is not a standard marketing role; it combines marketing expertise, IT problem-solving, and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaigns.
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various marketing channels.
- Oversee affiliate links, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate tasks and projects with virtual assistants to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites, including backend functionality.
- Organize and manage files across Google Drive and related platforms.
- Track data and build reports in Excel and Google Sheets, using formulas and functions effectively.
- Use Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Gmail, and other productivity tools with efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and fix computers, software issues, and provide IT support for the team.
- Stay organized at all times and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions and formulas.
- Familiarity with WordPress backend management.
- Exceptional IT skills: ability to fix hardware/software issues and optimize systems.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft marketing content.
- Fast typing speed and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong command of Gmail and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and tracking links.
- Ability to communicate effectively with virtual assistants and manage remote workflows.

We need a do-it-all problem solver—someone who thrives on switching between marketing tasks, IT troubleshooting, and project coordination. If you’re equally comfortable writing copy, setting up campaigns, fixing a laptop, or organizing a Google Sheet, you’ll excel in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
