We’re Hiring: Senior AWS GenAI & Cloud Solutions Architect

Remote (US-based preferred)

Full-time / Contract / Consulting

AES is expanding its startup-focused innovation unit and looking for a Senior AWS Architect with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and AWS Bedrock (including Bedrock Agents and AgentCore).

This role is all about building—rapid GenAI POCs, MVPs, and scalable architectures for high-growth startup initiatives. If you enjoy experimentation, ownership, and turning early ideas into working AI systems, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock

Build POCs, pilots, and MVPs using foundation models (Claude, Titan, Llama, etc.)

Implement RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding pipelines

Integrate GenAI into cloud-native and containerized platforms

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams

Evaluate and apply new AWS AI services

What We’re Looking For

7+ years in cloud architecture or advanced cloud engineering

Strong hands-on GenAI experience (POCs or production)

AWS expertise at Solutions Architect level

Experience in startup or innovation-driven environments

Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly

Certifications

AWS Solutions Architect – Professional (Required)

AWS Generative AI Developer – Professional (Nice to have)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
