Job description
Our client is a family office that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of real estate businesses. Their focus is on long-term value creation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Technology Manager to lead our organization’s technology strategy, implement AI and automation solutions, and serve as the bridge between our internal teams and external IT partners. This is a hybrid role!
Job Function:
- Assess current technology infrastructure, software systems, and workflows across all business entities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor.
- Recommend and implement new technologies, software platforms, or integrations to enhance productivity and data management.
- Map existing business processes and identify areas for automation or simplification.
- Introduce and manage AI tools (e.g., for reporting, communications, document management, and real estate analytics).
- Measure and report on productivity gains and cost savings achieved through technology initiatives.
Job Requirements:
5–15 years of experience in technology management, digital transformation, or IT strategy, ideally within a real estate, family office, or mid-sized private company environment.
Proven experience implementing AI and automation tools (e.g., Asseta, Aleta, Nakisa Real Estate, CRES technology, Integrated Workplace Management Systems).
Strong understanding of real estate systems and platforms such as Yardi, Costar, property management software, CRMs, and financial systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
