Summary
As a Phone Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service and support. This role is vital in facilitating communication and enhancing the patient experience within our surgical practice.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently using office software.
- Provide information about services offered and assist patients with their needs.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments for reporting purposes.
- Support billing inquiries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse patients.
- Familiarity with office procedures and computer systems for record management.
- Ability to analyze patient needs and provide appropriate solutions effectively.
- Experience in client services or support roles is highly desirable.
