Job description
Maintain local hardware infrastructure, including servers, phones, pc’s, mobile devices, security systems, RF devises, and all technology related devices. Responsible for relationship with technology vendors.
Provide second line technical support and training for staff on desktop computers and applications, remote access, phones, smart phones and related technology. Assist staff in understanding and using technology through group and individual training.
Direct Desktop Support Technician in meeting goals and objectives of the department.
Second line support, troubleshooting for all technology support issues
Develop and coordinate employee IT training program and materials
Coordinate Procurement and deployment of IT hardware, security related hardware, mobile devices, maintain asset records
Special projects as assigned
Responsible to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Responsible to for developing and maintaining the IT budget
Responsible for the maintenance of the on-site server and infrastructure.
Other duties as required
BS Degree in related field
2 years relevant experience
Must be a team player
