About Us
We’re a fast-moving team automating marketing and back-office processes for small businesses. As demand ramps up, we’re looking for an experienced n8n specialist who can jump in and ship clean, secure workflows—quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Design & build end-to-end workflows in the n8n cloud UI (no custom builds)
- Parse and transform data with JSON and JavaScript Code nodes
- Leverage AI agents / LLM nodes for content generation and decision logic
- Integrate third-party APIs (Stripe, Google, Meta, Twilio, etc.)
- Implement auth, secrets management, and general workflow security best practices
- Document each flow so any tech-savvy client can maintain it
Must-Have Skills
- n8n UI expertise – Build, debug, and optimize flows without needing custom nodes
- JavaScript & JSON – Write concise Code nodes and parse payloads
- API integration – Connect REST / GraphQL endpoints and handle auth tokens
- AI / LLM experience – Configure OpenAI, Gemini, or similar agents inside n8n
- Security mindset – Use credentials manager, verify webhooks, and sanitize inputs
Contract Details
- Type: 1099 / freelance
- Rate: DOE
- Hours: 5 – 15 hrs/week to start; may scale up depends on output
- Location: Remote, work in your own time zone (async-friendly)
- Duration: 3-month initial term, extendable

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
