Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Application Developer role located in Denham Springs, LA at C&A Associates, Inc. The Application Developer will be responsible for software development, programming, database management, CSS, and integration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using languages such as C#, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and C.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications while ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
- Document software designs, processes, and user manuals for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience in application development using C#, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, or C.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
