Description
Eastern and Central based candidates
- Triage, analyze, and respond to identity hygiene issues & defects surfaced in ISPM platforms.
- Coordinate with assurance and technical teams to identify and facilitate remediation paths for confirmed defects.
- Configure ISPM tool data sources and integrations.
- Develop repeatable operational processes, aligning with corporate standards and controls.
- Apply technical knowledge, industry experience, subject matter expertise, and insights to contribute to the enhancement of Identity Security Services capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, including application architects & engineers, product teams, information security, and risk management functions.
- Collaborate with various groups and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Location: Remote - EST
Contract: Duration through 2026 w/ possible extension
Requirements:
- BS/BA in technical field + 5 years IT experience (or 8 years without degree)
- 2+ years with identity/security tools (Okta ISPM, CrowdStrike IdP, etc.)
- Strong experience in IAM, posture management, and defect remediation
- Skilled in Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication/authorization
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive remediation processes
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting skills
- Unable to provide for sponsorship - Must be legally able to work in the US.
