Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Hours/Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 60 hours per week)

Pay: $18/hr paid weekly

Location: North East, MD 21901

Onboarding:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and move merchandise productively, safely, accurately, and per established production rates, as well as established standards and guidelines
• Perform an array of duties including picking, packing, receiving the incoming products, putting products away in locations, and returns processing
• Receiving and processing merchandise including picking, packing, preparing, and shipping orders and processing returns following established company standard operating procedures
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and regulations to promote a safe work environment; promptly report any potential violations
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity

Qualifications:

• Have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• When needed standing, bending, and lifting for up to 8 hours per day
