On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a System Architect for a 6-month contract-to-hire role. This position is a hybrid position with minimal travel to our client’s Teaneck, NJ office.

System Architect - Job Description:
The System Architect will be responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise-level commercial platforms, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations. The role involves bridging business strategy with technical execution, ensuring scalable and secure platforms for B2B and B2C operations.
System Architect - Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations, including ERP and CRM integrations.
- Define and document solution architecture, focusing on catalog management, pricing logic, and storefront UX/UI.
- Guide cross-functional teams, including PMs, consultants, developers, and QA engineers.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s Success by Design framework.
- Architect integrations, workflows, and reporting dashboards using Power BI and Azure services.
- Implement commercial applications with mobile interfaces and cloud/SaaS models.
- Present architecture plans and timelines to stakeholders.
System Architect - Mandatory Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 10+ years in a systems architect role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
- Experience with mobile and SaaS-based applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like JDE or Oracle EBS.
- Excellent communication skills.
System Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience with Success by Design methodology.
- Background in retail, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical commerce platforms.
System Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position.
