Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead Developer with proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain development on EVM-compatible chains. You’ll lead a high-performance team building intelligent, decentralized applications — combining machine learning, smart contracts, and modern backend technologies to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement AI-powered and blockchain-based solutions

• Lead end-to-end development across smart contracts, back end infrastructure, and data pipelines

• Mentor engineers and establish high code quality and security standards

• Collaborate with designers and product leads to deliver impactful software

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, blockchain, and decentralized protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with team leadership responsibilities

• Strong background in AI/ML, including data modeling, training, and deployment

• Deep understanding of EVM-based blockchain development (Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)

• Experience with back end development (Node.js, Python, or equivalent)

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical strategy

• Must be willing to relocate and work on-site at our company HQ

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $175,000 per year
• Relocation Expense: $25,000

• Relocation Package: Full support provided for qualified candidates

• Working knowledge of ZK rollups, LLM integrations, or smart contract security audits
