About the Role

The Technology Department at State of the Heart Recovery is the backbone of our digital operations and information security. We manage the systems, infrastructure, and tools that enable every department to deliver care efficiently, securely, and collaboratively. Our mission is to provide seamless, reliable, and future-ready technology that empowers people to focus on what matters most- transforming lives.

The department oversees network management, cybersecurity, hardware and software support, data protection, and innovation through automation and analytics. We approach every project with empathy, understanding that technology must always serve human connection and mission impact.

• What You’ll Do
• • Oversee network, server, and cloud systems (Azure/AWS).
• • Implement IT governance, SOPs, and compliance controls.
• • Supervise IT support and helpdesk operations.
• • Manage vendors and project budgets.

Who You Are

You combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.

• What You Bring
• • 7+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise networks.
• • Knowledge of HIPAA and access control policies.
