Summary

We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team at Anchor Hospital, located in Atlanta. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our IT infrastructure and ensure the seamless operation of technology systems that support our mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care.
Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the hospital's technology infrastructure. Managing Information Systems, Local Area Network (LAN), Network Server, AS400/HMS Server, telephone systems and all hospital workstations.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of systems
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security protocols to protect patient data.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify technology needs that enhance patient care.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff on IT-related issues.
• Requisition and management of hardware, circuits, and services.
• Analyzes software and hardware needs for the organization. Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience managing IT operations in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, VMware, SQL, and Active Directory.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
