Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be open to working remotely from home and travel onsite to PA & NY locations as needed for team collaboration (travel costs reimbursed).

Duties

• Strong foundation of knowledge around Azure and/or AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem
• Serving as part of the Architecture and Engineering team and hands-on subject matter expert for Infrastructure as a code (IaaC) and Automation in multi cloud platform
• Proficient in Design and implementing Infrastructure as a code with PowerShell, Packer, Terraform & Json Scripting.
• Working experience in Azure - DevOps, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, storage, network, database, and DR services.
• Implementing and hosting large, complex workloads (windows and non-windows)
• Windows and Active Directory expertise, VMWare Virtualization, Kubernetes & Docker container on AKS Engine with Linux.
• Hands-on experience working with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Azure DevOps Pipelines and Git repo.
• Hands on experience in using tools - Cloud Health, Turbonomic, Azure SecurityCenter and Dynatrace
• Automating IaaC deployments Root cause analysis and Preventive Solution Implementation
• Vulnerability management, Disaster Recovery testing and implementation (Cloud & OnPrem)
• Mentoring, supporting and co-ordinating with teams and documenting best practices.
• Work with application teams to migrate application infrastructure in cloud IaC code in Terraform and automating Infrastructure deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure upgrades like - Application Gateways, Azure Firewalls
• Build and support Azure DevOps pipelines for Infrastructure deployments
• Building and managing Enterprise Terraform modules and automating ChangeLog report publishing
• Terraform IaC test automation using Terratest
• Assisting teams and work on Cloud enablement and migrations
• Azure DevOps – Repos, Pipelines, Projects and process.
