Job description
Need Network Admins for second and third shift. 100% Remote.
The 2 admins will rotate their shifts with each other every 2 weeks. So the candidate should be flexible and prepared for rotation.
So first Admin will work from 3 pm to 11 PM shift for first 2 weeks and the second Admin will work from 11 pm to 6 am shift. Every 2 weeks these 2 guys will alternate their shifts with each other.
The Admin will monitor LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls on the client network.
Will monitor, create and try to resolve Service Now tickects as and when issues come up or will escalate the issues for speedy resolution.
Must have solid communication skills.
Must be committed to be dedicated and available constantly while working on their shfits.
Should be able to clearly document issues for others to review and resolve.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
