As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently, ready for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of packaged items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
